Office Hours: |
Our office hours are Monday
through Friday, 9 am.- 5 pm. EST. All orders received before 1 pm. will be
shipped from our facility, or placed with our distributors if we do not have the item in stock. Should there be a
delay in shipping your order, or if a item will be backordered, you will be notified via
email or phone. If you wish to arrange a demo flight in a specific
aircraft, please call first. Demo's can be arranged on a
Saturday if need be. All demo flights are $60, and are
refundable on the purchase price of a kit within 90 days of the demo flight. |
E-Mail |
We
would like to be able to answer all of our general E-mail inquires in a timely fashion,
however, please bear in mind, that our top priority is following up on
orders placed. On average, we receive 200 emails per
day, so please be patient. Inquiries
not regarding an order will be answered as soon as possible. |
Pre-Ordering |
If
a hot new product is waiting in the wings, you can be sure we're
taking pre-orders. If we receive information about a product coming to
market, we will make note of it and you will have the chance to
reserve your spot for that particular item. |
Paying by Money Order
or Personal Checks |
If
you don't own a credit card, or prefer using an alternative method of payment, we
will gladly accept a Money Order. If you are sending a money order, please fill out your
order through the order page. Then simply print your order and mail it in with your money order. Money

When using a Postal or Bank money order, please make sure you make the money order
is payable
to "Recreational Mobility" - and not your own name, otherwise, you the purchaser
will be the only one able to cash it, and it will be mailed back. The money order should
include the amount for the product, plus shipping. Please make sure your full information
is included on the order form with phone number in the event we need to
reach you. Personal checks will be
accepted under the stipulation funds will clear
before shipping the order. Checks returned by our bank for any reason will result in a
$30.00 charge for processing fees, plus any additional fees. Any
future orders will require pre-payment by money order, certified check, or
credit card (MasterCard / Visa / American Express). Please
Note: All orders outside of the USA and
Canada are required to prepay by wire transfer
prior to your order shipping. This unfortunately
has become a requirement due to fraudulent
credit card orders coming in from overseas. We
are sorry for the those who are placing legit
orders with legit credit cards, but it has
become necessary for us to protect ourselves
(and you the consumer) so that we may be here in
the future to serve your needs. |

Payment
by COD |
|
Due
to many problems we have had with COD
orders, we no longer accept any COD
orders. Fedex and UPS will only attempt
delivery 3 times before returning the
package to us, and we then incur the
shipping costs to and from the customers
location. |
Paying by
Wire Transfers |
|
On larger more expensive
items (such as aircraft kits or engines) you may wish to wire money to our account. If you should
decide to place an order for an item and want to transfer funds to our account, please
first let us know! We will forward our account information to make the
necessary transfer.

Credit Card Misuse |
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Credit card orders will only be shipped to the
billing address
in which your credit card account has on file. We are sorry for the
inconvenience, however
this is another way of preventing fraudulent use of someone else's credit card. Fraudulent
transactions will be reported to the appropriate
credit card company for further action. We reserve the right to verify credit cards with your
credit card company. In cases of overseas orders, we require
a wire transfer for the entire order placed, before filling the
order. |
Shipping Policy |
Shipping amounts
shown on your web order invoice are "Estimates":

If
the shipping amount due is more than estimated, we will charge
your credit card for the difference.

If
the actual shipping charge is less than the estimated shipping
charge, you will only be charged the actual shipping costs.
If you are ordering
from outside of the United States, or are ordering a specialty item
which would have to be sent by common carrier, actual charges will be
applied.
