Cancellation: Orders
cannot be canceled once the item is in transit from our facility or from
our distributors. Exchange: Defective
merchandise will be replaced upon return of the product to us. For proper replacement
of a defective product, the item being returned to us should be packed
the way it was
originally shipped to you, with a copy of the receipt. Returns: No returns
without prior authorization, and no returns after 10 days of receipt
of order. Refunds will be issued on any item returned
for reasons other than defect, will incur both the shipping and
handling charges and a nominal restocking fee equal to 20% of the
total cost of the item to cover expenses. Any item returned must be in
selling condition, unused, in its original packaging. Shipping fees
are non refundable. Warranty: Warranty questions /
replacement should be directed to the manufacturer of the product.
Recreational Mobility makes no warranty as to products distributed by
us, expressed or implied, including and without limitation, any
warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All warranties are passed on to the consumer, who has the sole
responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer will
be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising
from such design, manufacture and testing of its products, and we will
accept no liability for such damages. Special Orders:
Special orders are non-returnable. These include orders for large
ticket items that we cannot return, such as Aircraft kits, Engines,
etc. If there is any question regarding the item, please ask before
placing your order. Aircraft kits require a deposit (varies according
to kit manufacturer), engines require prepayment in full before we
