Attitude Gyros

     A precision AC brushless motor is featured in the electrical attitude gyro. The DC versions have a hybrid inverter which converts the aircraft DC to the required AC voltage and frequency for motor operation. 

     The Power failure drops into view whenever the power is insufficient for operation of the gyro. Electrical gyro can be caged by pulling the "Pull to Cage" knob.

Directional Gyros

     Directional Gyro is a gyroscopic navigation instrument capable of providing the pilot with a constant directional reference not subject to temporary errors characteristic of a magnetic compass. 

     The vacuum type is operated by the air flow generated by the aircraft vacuum system while electrical type is operated by aircraft power supply. Low power warning feature on Electrical directional gyro. 

     Directional Gyro can be ordered for use in Southern Hemisphere.

     The inclinometer, indicates the slip angle of the aircraft while in a turn. A power failure flag drops into view whenever the voltage drop below a level for proper operation, and incorporate a built-in voltage regulator it may be used with either 14VDC or 28VDC power system.
